broken in half

Italian dressing

cherry tomatoes
halved

green bell pepper
chopped

red bell pepper
chopped

red onion
finely chopped

black olives
sliced

cucumber
chopped

shredded cheddar cheese

cup
grated Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

black pepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Allow spaghetti to drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
Add tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, olives, and cucumber.
Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss gently.
Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Toss until evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Stir before serving and add more dressing if needed.
Notes
This salad tastes better after resting. Refresh with extra dressing before serving if the pasta absorbs too much.
