Easy Spaghetti Salad

Easy spaghetti salad with fresh vegetables and Italian dressing. Quick and refreshing side dish recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Let pasta cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooled spaghetti with tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  • Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and black pepper and mix again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Toss again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

Cool pasta fully before mixing to keep texture fresh.
Add extra dressing before serving if needed.
Customize with cheese or protein for variation.
