black pepper

olive oil
Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
Add warm water and olive oil and form a dough.
Knead until smooth, then let rest for 1 hour.
Mix ground meat, onion, tomato, garlic, tomato paste, parsley, and spices.
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Divide dough and roll into thin circles.
Spread topping evenly over each piece.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
Serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
Roll dough thin for best texture.
Do not overload topping.
Serve immediately for crispiness.
