Easy Italian Panini Bread

Easy Italian Panini Bread Recipe made with no knead method, ready in 1 hour, perfect for sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add flour, olive oil, and salt, then mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 40 minutes until it rises.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and shape into flat oval or rectangular loaves.
  • Place dough on baking sheet and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Keep dough slightly sticky for soft texture.
Use warm, not hot water for yeast activation.
Customize with herbs or cheese for extra flavor.
