Easy Home Made Flatbread Crackers

Crisp homemade flatbread crackers made with olive oil and herbs.

Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or herbs
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

  • Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and water. Knead lightly. Roll thin. Score dough. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until crisp. Cool and break.

Notes

Roll dough very thin for best crunch.
