Easter Dirt Cake Casserole
Easter dirt cake casserole with creamy layers, chocolate cookies, and festive toppings. Easy no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
- 14 oz chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ΒΌ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 12 oz whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Easter candies mini eggs, Peeps, sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Combine pudding with the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Spread a layer of crushed cookies in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Add a layer of the creamy mixture and spread evenly.
- Repeat layers, ending with cookie crumbs on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with Easter candies before serving.
