all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

baking powder
Pinch
of salt

milk

vegetable oil or melted butter

vanilla extract
Optional Glaze

powdered sugar

–1 teaspoon milk
Sprinkles as desired
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in mug. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Microwave 60–75 seconds until set. Rest briefly and top with glaze if desired.
Notes
Do not overcook or cake may turn dry.
