Donut Mug Cake Recipe
Easy donut-style mug cake made soft and fluffy in the microwave.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional Glaze
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ½ –1 teaspoon milk
- Sprinkles as desired
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in mug. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Microwave 60–75 seconds until set. Rest briefly and top with glaze if desired.
Notes
Do not overcook or cake may turn dry.
