Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Shred or dice cooked chicken.
  • Chop pickles and celery.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine chicken, pickles, and celery in a bowl.
  • Pour dressing over and mix well.
  • Add fresh dill and stir.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve chilled.

Adjust pickle juice for tanginess.
