sharp cheddar cheese

dill pickle chips

dried dill

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, dried dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Place half of the crackers on the baking sheet.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture on each cracker.
Top each with one pickle slice, then cover with another cracker to form a sandwich.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crackers are lightly golden and cheese is melted.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Dry pickles well before assembling to keep crackers crisp. Best served warm.
