Dill Pickle Cheese Ritz Bites

Dill pickle cheese Ritz bites with creamy cheese filling and buttery crackers. A quick baked snack with bold flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 24 dill pickle chips patted dry
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, dried dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Place half of the crackers on the baking sheet.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture on each cracker.
  • Top each with one pickle slice, then cover with another cracker to form a sandwich.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until crackers are lightly golden and cheese is melted.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Dry pickles well before assembling to keep crackers crisp. Best served warm.
