Crustless Ham and Swiss Quiche

Crustless Ham and Swiss Quiche baked with eggs, ham, and Swiss cheese for an easy, light dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup onion finely diced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a pie dish. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in ham, cheese, and onion. Pour into dish. Bake uncovered 35–40 minutes until set. Rest before slicing.

Notes

Use cooked, dry ham. Let quiche rest before cutting for clean slices.
