Crockpot Sunday Funday Dip

Crockpot Sunday Funday Dip Recipe with melted cheese, sausage, and tomatoes for a creamy and easy party dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning about 2 tbsp
  • 1 –2 jalapeños chopped
  • 1 cup black beans
  • ½ cup corn
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
  • Cube Velveeta cheese and soften cream cheese.
  • Add cooked sausage, Velveeta, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the crockpot.
  • Set crockpot to low heat and cook for 2–3 hours.
  • Stir occasionally until cheese is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Add optional ingredients like jalapeños, beans, and corn if desired.
  • Switch crockpot to warm setting once fully combined.
  • Stir well before serving and garnish with green onions or cilantro.

Notes

Cut cheese into small cubes for easier melting.
Stir occasionally to maintain smooth texture.
Keep on warm setting during serving.
