Crockpot Kitchen Sink Casserole

Crockpot Kitchen Sink Casserole with pasta, meat, vegetables, and cheese, an easy slow cooker comfort meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet and drain fat.
  • Add meat to crockpot.
  • Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
  • Stir in uncooked pasta.
  • Pour in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and broth.
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
  • Stir occasionally if possible.
  • When pasta is tender, add mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Cook for another 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Check pasta to avoid overcooking.
Add cheese at the end for best texture.
Use enough liquid to cook pasta properly.
