ground beef or sausage

uncooked pasta

marinara sauce

14 oz diced tomatoes

medium onion
chopped
1
cup
bell peppers
chopped

cloves
garlic
minced

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
Parmesan cheese
1
cup
chicken or beef broth
Instructions
Brown ground beef or sausage in a skillet and drain fat.
Add meat to crockpot.
Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
Stir in uncooked pasta.
Pour in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and broth.
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
Stir occasionally if possible.
When pasta is tender, add mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cook for another 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve warm.
Notes
Check pasta to avoid overcooking.
Add cheese at the end for best texture.
Use enough liquid to cook pasta properly.
