cream cheese

chicken broth

heavy cream

spinach

grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Place chicken in the crockpot.
Add chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
Add tortellini and spinach.
Cook on low for 30–40 minutes until tortellini is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Serve warm.
Notes
Add tortellini near the end to avoid overcooking.
Use full-fat dairy for best texture.
Add broth when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
