CrockPot Chicken Tortellini

CrockPot Chicken Tortellini Recipe with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and cheesy tortellini pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated or frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken in the crockpot.
  • Add chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
  • Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  • Add tortellini and spinach.
  • Cook on low for 30–40 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Add tortellini near the end to avoid overcooking.
Use full-fat dairy for best texture.
Add broth when reheating to keep sauce creamy.
