Add beef to the crockpot. Sprinkle gravy mix and au jus mix over the meat. Pour water on top and stir gently. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until beef turns tender. Cook egg noodles separately according to package directions. Serve beef and gravy over noodles.
Notes
Cook noodles separately to keep them from turning soft. Thicken gravy with cornstarch slurry if needed.
