Crock Pot Cheesesteak Tortellini

Crock Pot Cheesesteak Tortellini Recipe with tender beef, creamy cheese sauce, and cheesy pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef sirloin or stew meat, sliced
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated or frozen
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until lightly browned.
  • Transfer beef to crockpot.
  • Add bell peppers, onion, garlic, and beef broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender.
  • Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Add tortellini and mix well.
  • Cook on low for 30–40 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Add tortellini at the end to avoid overcooking.
Use full-fat dairy for best texture.
