Crispy Sheet Pan Tacos

Crispy sheet pan tacos with beef and melted cheese. Easy oven-baked dinner recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons
  • 10 –12 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil or cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  • Add onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and a little water and simmer until thickened.
  • Brush tortillas lightly with oil and place on a sheet pan.
  • Add cheese and beef filling, then fold tortillas.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Use high heat for crispy tacos.
Do not overfill tortillas.
Serve with fresh toppings if desired.
