Crispy Sheet Pan Tacos

Ingredients

ground beef
1
packet taco seasoning
or 2 tablespoons

–12 tortillas

shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
½
cup
onion
chopped
2
tablespoons
oil or cooking spray
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and a little water and simmer until thickened.
Brush tortillas lightly with oil and place on a sheet pan.
Add cheese and beef filling, then fold tortillas.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Serve warm.
Notes
Use high heat for crispy tacos.
Do not overfill tortillas.
Serve with fresh toppings if desired.
