Crispy Pickle Cheese Bites
Crispy pickle cheese bites made with sharp cheddar and baked until golden. A fast, crunchy snack ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
1 ½
cups
sharp cheddar cheese
freshly shredded

dill pickle chips
patted dry

teaspoon
dried dill
optional

black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese into small mounds on the baking sheet, spacing them several inches apart.
Flatten each mound slightly and sprinkle with dried dill or black pepper if using.
Press one pickle slice gently into the center of each cheese mound.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting and crisping. Let bites cool briefly so they firm up before removing.
