shredded cheddar cheese

–3 jalapeños
finely chopped

cooked bacon
crumbled

teaspoon
garlic powder

salt
Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, and salt.
Place filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Fold sides inward and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
Place egg rolls in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcrowd air fryer basket.
Adjust jalapeños for spice level.
Serve with dipping sauces if desired.
