Crispy Grilled Cheese Burrito with Beef and Nacho Cheese

Crispy grilled cheese burrito with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, and golden cheesy crust. Easy comfort meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup tortilla strips optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and a small amount of water, then simmer until thickened.
  • Warm rice and nacho cheese.
  • Lay tortillas flat and add rice, beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, and tortilla strips.
  • Fold tightly into burritos.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese into a skillet and place burrito seam-side down on top.
  • Cook until cheese forms a crispy crust, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Do not overfill tortillas.
Cook on medium heat for best crust.
Serve immediately for crisp texture.
