Ingredients

ground beef

packet taco seasoning
or 2 tablespoons

cup
cooked rice

large flour tortillas
1
cup
nacho cheese sauce
1 ½
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
½
cup
sour cream
1
cup
tortilla strips
optional

tablespoons
butter or oil
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and a small amount of water, then simmer until thickened.
Warm rice and nacho cheese.
Lay tortillas flat and add rice, beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, and tortilla strips.
Fold tightly into burritos.
Sprinkle shredded cheese into a skillet and place burrito seam-side down on top.
Cook until cheese forms a crispy crust, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot.
Notes
Do not overfill tortillas.
Cook on medium heat for best crust.
Serve immediately for crisp texture.
