Creamy Tuscan Garlic Tortellini Soup

Creamy Tuscan Garlic Tortellini Soup Recipe with rich broth, spinach, and cheesy tortellini.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
  • Add tortellini and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Add cream at the end to prevent curdling.
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
Add broth when reheating to maintain consistency.
