Ingredients

jumbo pasta shells

cooked shrimp
chopped

cup
crab meat
1
cup
ricotta cheese

cream cheese
softened
1 ½

shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

cloves
garlic
minced

cup
heavy cream
2
tablespoons
butter
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain.
In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, cream cheese, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in the dish.
In a saucepan, melt butter and heat heavy cream gently.
Pour sauce over shells and top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve warm.
Notes
Cook shells just until al dente to prevent breaking.
Customize with additional seafood if desired.
Serve with fresh parsley for garnish.
