Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells

Creamy seafood stuffed shells with shrimp, crab, and cheese. Easy elegant pasta recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain.
  • In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, cream cheese, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  • Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in the dish.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and heat heavy cream gently.
  • Pour sauce over shells and top with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Cook shells just until al dente to prevent breaking.
Customize with additional seafood if desired.
Serve with fresh parsley for garnish.
