Creamy Lobster Roll Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat chopped
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup celery finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives or parsley chopped
  • 4 split-top hot dog buns or rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs, then mix gently until combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  • Toast buns in the skillet until golden brown.
  • Fill each toasted bun with lobster mixture evenly.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh or well-thawed lobster for best texture.
Do not overmix to keep lobster pieces intact.
Assemble just before serving to prevent soggy bread.
