Creamy Crockpot Tortellini Alfredo

Creamy crockpot tortellini Alfredo made with tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and cheesy tortellini. A simple and comforting slow cooker meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  • Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth.
  • Add tortellini and stir gently to combine.
  • Cook on low for 20–30 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in spinach at the end and let it wilt before serving.

Notes

Use refrigerated tortellini for best texture.
Soften cream cheese before adding for easier mixing.
Add broccoli or mushrooms for variation.
Reheat with a splash of milk or broth to keep sauce creamy.
