Creamy Corn Jalapeño Dip

Creamy Corn Jalapeño Dip Recipe with roasted corn, cheese, jalapeños, and bold seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups corn kernels fresh, canned, or frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 –2 jalapeños chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add corn and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly roasted.
  • Add garlic and jalapeños, cooking for 1 minute.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add cooked corn mixture and shredded cheese.
  • Stir in lime juice, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust jalapeños for desired spice level.
Soften cream cheese for smooth mixing.
Serve warm for best texture.
