Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add corn and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly roasted.
Add garlic and jalapeños, cooking for 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add cooked corn mixture and shredded cheese.
Stir in lime juice, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust jalapeños for desired spice level.
Soften cream cheese for smooth mixing.
Serve warm for best texture.
