Creamy Avocado Party Dip
Creamy avocado party dip with fresh flavor, lime, and garlic. Easy appetizer recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro optional
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, garlic, yogurt or sour cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mash or blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Stir in cilantro if using.
- Serve immediately.

Add extra lime juice to prevent browning.
