Cream Cheese Wontons

Cream Cheese Wontons with creamy filling wrapped in crispy fried wonton wrappers.

Servings 24 wontons

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Water for sealing
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until smooth. Place filling in center of wonton wrappers. Moisten edges and seal. Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp. Drain and serve warm.

Notes

Seal edges tightly to prevent leaking. Fry in small batches.
