Crack Breakfast Casserole

Crack Breakfast Casserole with eggs, hash browns, bacon, cheese, and ranch seasoning baked until creamy.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz frozen hash browns thawed
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 pound cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup green onions sliced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish. Spread hash browns in dish. Add bacon, green onions, and cheese. Whisk eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over casserole and press gently. Bake uncovered 40–45 minutes until set. Rest before slicing.
