Crab Dip with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in crab meat and half the cheese.
  • Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for smooth mixing.
Do not overbake.
Serve warm for best flavor.
