Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Steam broccoli until tender-crisp and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, then remove.
In the same pan, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer until slightly reduced.
Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
Add pasta and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix gently.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook chicken to keep it tender.
Add pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
Use fresh lemon for best flavor.
