milk

breadcrumbs

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Steam or blanch broccoli for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender, then drain well.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Add broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese, then stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan if using.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Drain broccoli well to avoid excess moisture.
Mix ingredients evenly for best texture.
Customize with additional protein or spices if desired.
