Corned Beef Hash

Corned Beef Hash with crispy potatoes, savory corned beef, and onions cooked in one skillet.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked corned beef diced
  • 3 cups cooked potatoes diced
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat. Melt butter with olive oil. Cook onion until soft. Add potatoes and cook undisturbed until golden. Add corned beef, season, and gently stir. Press into pan and cook until crispy. Serve hot.

Notes

Use cooled potatoes for best browning. Avoid stirring too often.
