Cookies Made From Brownie Mix
Cookies made from brownie mix with rich chocolate flavor, crackled tops, and soft fudgy centers.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix 18–19 oz
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Stir until a thick cookie dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until tops are crackled and centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Do not overbake. Cookies continue to set as they cool.
