ground cinnamon

chopped nuts
walnuts or pecans

chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

fruit preserves

Instructions
Mix flour, cream cheese, butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until dough forms.
Divide dough into portions, wrap, and chill for 1 hour.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll dough into a thin circle.
Spread preserves if using, then sprinkle sugar mixture, nuts, and chocolate.
Cut into wedges and roll from wide end to tip.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Cool before serving.
Notes
Chill dough for easier handling.
Do not overfill to prevent leaks.
Use quality chocolate for best flavor.
