–8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

sautéed onions

cup
sautéed bell peppers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Spread half the mixture into a loaf shape.
Layer cheese, sautéed onions, and peppers.
Top with remaining meat mixture and seal edges.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until fully cooked.
Let rest before slicing and serving.

Do not overmix meat.
