Ingredients

ears corn on the cob

mayonnaise

crumbled cotija cheese

lime juice

chili powder

butter

salt

garlic powder

smoked paprika

tbsp
chopped cilantro
Hot sauce to taste
Instructions
Grill corn over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning until slightly charred.
Alternatively, boil corn for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Brush warm corn with butter.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over each ear of corn.
Sprinkle cotija cheese over the corn.
Drizzle lime juice on top.
Sprinkle chili powder, salt, and optional seasonings.
Add chopped cilantro and hot sauce if desired.
Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Apply toppings while corn is warm for best results.
Use fresh lime juice for better flavor.
Substitute feta if cotija is unavailable.
