milk or water

vegetable oil

baking powder

turmeric powder

salt

sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
Mix semolina, flour, sugar, baking powder, turmeric, and salt in a bowl.
Add milk and oil and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Use fine semolina for best texture.
Do not overmix batter.
Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
