Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites baked in custard and finished with icing for an easy breakfast treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing 12 oz each
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish. Cut cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and spread in dish. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter. Pour over rolls and press gently. Bake uncovered 25–30 minutes until golden. Drizzle icing over warm bites.

Notes

Do not overcrowd pan. Add icing while bites are warm for best coverage.
