Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons lightly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and black pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated. Add sliced chicken and Parmesan cheese and mix lightly. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 20–30 seconds per side until pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and spoon one-quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center. Sprinkle crushed croutons on top. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a secure wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overdress the lettuce to prevent sogginess. Assemble just before serving for best texture. Store filling separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days if meal prepping.
