ricotta cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

Alfredo sauce

large egg

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
salt

black pepper

fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Lay out cooked lasagna noodles and spread filling evenly over each.
Roll noodles tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Do not overfill noodles to keep rolls intact.
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
