Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Chicken Alfredo lasagna rolls with creamy sauce, tender chicken, and cheesy filling. Easy comfort dinner recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay out cooked lasagna noodles and spread filling evenly over each.
  • Roll noodles tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and top with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Do not overfill noodles to keep rolls intact.
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
