Cherry Cheesecake Lush
Cherry Cheesecake Lush with creamy cheesecake layers, whipped topping, and cherry pie filling on a cookie crust.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed golden sandwich cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 oz whipped topping thawed
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies and butter. Press into 9x13-inch dish and chill. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Add remaining whipped topping, then cherry pie filling. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
