Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Creamy spinach artichoke dip made with cheese, garlic, and simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic, seasoning, spinach, artichokes, and cheeses. Spread into dish. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Drain vegetables well to prevent excess moisture.
