Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions using water or broth.
  • Keep rice warm after cooking.
  • Add butter and stir until melted.
  • Pour in milk and mix well.
  • Add shredded cheese gradually while stirring.
  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until creamy and evenly combined.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh shredded cheese for best melting.
Add milk gradually for desired consistency.
Serve immediately for best texture.
