Cheesy Potato Burritos with Crispy Tater Tots

Cheesy Potato Burritos with Crispy Tater Tots Recipe with crunchy potatoes, melted cheese, and bold flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken
  • 1 –2 jalapeños
  • 1 cup black beans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
  • Toss cooked tater tots with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Warm tortillas slightly.
  • Place tater tots in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add shredded cheese and optional ingredients.
  • Fold and roll into burritos.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and place burritos seam-side down.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Cook tater tots fully for best texture.
Do not overfill burritos.
Toast burritos for extra crispiness.
