store-bought or homemade

pizza sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

pepperoni slices

olive oil

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoon
garlic powder

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Add pepperoni slices evenly across the dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log and seal the edge.
Slice into 1-inch rolls and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool slightly and serve warm with extra pizza sauce.
Notes
Use thick pizza sauce to prevent sogginess. Let roll-ups cool briefly so cheese sets before serving.
