Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups

Cheesy pepperoni pizza roll-ups baked with mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. A quick pizza-style snack or dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni slices evenly across the dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log and seal the edge.
  • Slice into 1-inch rolls and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  • Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm with extra pizza sauce.

Notes

Use thick pizza sauce to prevent sogginess. Let roll-ups cool briefly so cheese sets before serving.
