Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn

Cheesy garlic butter corn with melted cheese, garlic, and buttery flavor. Easy side dish recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boil corn for 5 to 7 minutes until tender and drain.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush butter mixture over corn.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan and shredded cheese on top.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
Apply butter while corn is hot.
Customize with spices if desired.
