Ingredients

ears corn on the cob

butter
melted

cloves
garlic
minced

grated Parmesan cheese

cup
shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

teaspoon
salt

black pepper

tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Boil corn for 5 to 7 minutes until tender and drain.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush butter mixture over corn.
Sprinkle Parmesan and shredded cheese on top.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
Apply butter while corn is hot.
Customize with spices if desired.
