Cheesy Cowboy Butter Dinner Rolls

Cheesy cowboy butter dinner rolls made with garlic butter, herbs, and melted cheese. A soft and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir until fully blended.
  • Place dinner rolls in a baking dish.
  • Brush or pour the butter mixture evenly over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are lightly golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Use soft rolls for best texture.
Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing red pepper flakes.
Add bacon bits for extra flavor variation.
Reheat in oven to keep rolls soft and fresh.
