Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion until softened, then add garlic.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in tomato paste and spices.
Add uncooked rice and mix well.
Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes.
Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook until rice is tender.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use long-grain rice for best texture.
Add cheese at the end for smooth melting.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
