Ingredients

ground beef

can
8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough

cup
cheddar cheese
cubed or shredded
½
cup
onion
chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
2
tablespoons
ketchup
1
tablespoon
mustard
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
2
tablespoons
butter
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
Add onion and cook until softened, then add garlic.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Let filling cool slightly.
Flatten biscuit dough and add filling and cheese in the center.
Wrap dough around filling and seal tightly.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
Seal dough well for best results.
Customize with additional toppings if desired.
