Cheeseburger Bombs

Cheeseburger bombs with juicy beef, melted cheese, and soft dough. Easy comfort snack recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can 8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed or shredded
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  • Add onion and cook until softened, then add garlic.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Let filling cool slightly.
  • Flatten biscuit dough and add filling and cheese in the center.
  • Wrap dough around filling and seal tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent leaking.
Seal dough well for best results.
Customize with additional toppings if desired.
