Ingredients

warm water

instant yeast

shredded mozzarella cheese

crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
Divide dough into portions and roll into flat rounds.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
Bake at 450°F for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Serve warm.
