all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

whole milk

unsalted butter
melted

Candied Flowers
1
cup
edible flowers
1
large egg white
½
cup
superfine sugar
Glaze

powdered sugar

–3 tablespoons milk or water
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Candy flowers with egg white and sugar. Dry fully. Bake donuts at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Cool. Dip in glaze. Top with candied flowers.
Notes
Decorate donuts shortly before serving for best texture.
